Every volume contains 36 -40 full-page reproductions of photographs of nudes both male and female by some of the leading German photographers of the day (e.g. Georg Burkhardt, Malda Schönberg, Grete Back, Johanna Bertram, Reinhold Lissner, Rudolf Zima, Aura Hartwig, W. v. Gloeden, H.v. Behringer, Hans Hildebrand, Richard Pech, Volkmar Wimmer, J.C. v. Dühren, Hanni Schwarz, Karl Vanselow, Prof. H.L. van Jan, Carl Locht, M. Breslauer).
