Strobl Karl Hans
Eine Prager Studentengeschichte. Karl Hans Strobl (1877-1946) was Czech-German (born in Jihlava), a prosaist, who often published in anthologies together with German-language authors of Jewish origin. During World War II, however, he inclined to Nazism. Decorated paper binding, frontispiece, title and initial vignette by famous Prague graphic Hugo Steiner-Prag. The binding with signs of usage, its spine and backside are threadbare, there is a period owner´s label on the endpaper. The half-title, the title and the major part of pages with small yellowish spots. Rare. 18.5 x 12.5 cm, 267 pp.
